<p>A meia para é uma prova onde pode-se fazer 20 a 15 segundos acima do pace do #RecordMundialPessoal do 10K por isso faça as contas. 10K 5:00/km Meia a 5:15/km, boa hein! Sendo que uma das estratégias é testar este ritmo num longo de 18K. E não no primeiro! De preferência 2 semanas antes da prova.</p>
